• Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including negotiation, bidding, procurement, and close-out.
• Collaborate with superintendents to ensure project accountability and team morale.
• Oversee subcontractor management from procurement to completion.
• Ensure safety, scheduling, and quality control standards are strictly adhered to on all job sites.
• Provide technical direction to project teams and manage project risks.
• Maintain robust communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, designers, and consultants.
• Assist and guide the design team as necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely project financial management and stringent cost control.
• Document and track project progress using Procore.

• Proven leadership skills with a professional, self-starting, and energetic demeanor.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing commercial construction projects and subcontractors.
• Proficient in various construction delivery methods.
• Strong time management, record keeping, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
