Our client is a premier general contractor with a great reputation amongst it's clients and employees. They are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in the Los Angeles area. Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of commercial construction project management with a commercial general contractor Experience managing a variety of projects in different phases of the construction process Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of the same talents and traits) Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Urgency and resourcefulness with problem identification and resolution
