Job Overview: The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.  This role is responsible for budget control, scheduling, subcontractor management. client relations and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution -       Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resources allocation plans. -       Review project plans, specifications and contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential risk. -       Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Financial Management -       Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost projections and financial reports. -       Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders. -       Ensure profitability by controlling cost and minimizing risk.
Leadership & Team Collaboration -       Lead project meetings with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors. -       Collaborate with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals. -       Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
Client Relations -       Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. -       Proactively address client concerns and provid3 regular project updates. Quality, Safety & Compliance -       Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety regulations and local building codes. -       Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
Proven track record managing ground-up commercial construction projects $500K to 10M+.
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and building codes.
Proficient in construction management software (Procore), Google Drive and Smartsheests.
Exceptional organizational, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
