Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for budget control, scheduling, subcontractor management. client relations and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resources allocation plans.
- Review project plans, specifications and contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential risk.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost projections and financial reports.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.
- Ensure profitability by controlling cost and minimizing risk.

Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Client Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Proactively address client concerns and provid3 regular project updates.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety regulations and local building codes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up commercial construction projects $500K to 10M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and building codes.
  • Proficient in construction management software (Procore), Google Drive and Smartsheests.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
