Our client, recognized for exceptional customer service, safety, and reputation, is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial, retail, restaurant, and clinic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead project teams including subcontractors and self-perform trades
  • Enforce safety compliance and maintain high safety standards
  • Report project progress to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years' project management experience on projects up to $15M
  • Proficient in construction management software
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $200,000 DOE
