TPC Mechanical Contractors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
_ Duties _:
Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation. Prepare and review schematics, blueprints, and other project-related documents. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera to allocate resources efficiently. Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and cost management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
_ Qualifications _ :
Proven experience in construction project management or a related field. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and tools like Bluebeam for document control. Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices. Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in construction site management. Knowledge of Primavera or similar scheduling software is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
