Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth. This is a 100% commission-based role with significant potential for earnings based on sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the construction industry, particularly in exterior envelope, framing, and architectural sheet metal, and will be able to leverage their connections to build and expand a successful sales channel for PCR Builders. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry connections. • Client Engagement: Meet with potential clients to understand their project needs, budgets, and timelines. • Sales Proposals: Create and present accurate estimates, proposals, and bids for construction projects. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams. • Sales Records: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities. • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote PCR Builders. Qualifications • Proven sales experience in construction, particularly in exterior envelope, framing, and architectural sheet metal. • Ability to understand and communicate complex construction services, materials, and processes. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Self-driven with the ability to meet sales targets and work independently. • Knowledge of construction terminology and ability to read blueprints, contracts, and estimates. • Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings. • Existing network of industry contacts is highly preferred. Preferred Skills • Experience in estimating and bid preparation. • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. • Experience in commercial construction or a related field.
