Pray is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to become a key part of our _Tradition of Building Excellence_. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. PM to lead large, complex commercial construction projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong foundation in estimating, field supervision, and project delivery.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution—ensuring that each project meets or exceeds financial, scheduling, and quality expectations for both the client and Pray Construction.

Sr. PMs report directly to the President and are assigned work from the Procurement Team. Compensation is commiserated with experience starting at $100,000.

*Key Responsibilities*

· Lead project estimating and budgeting efforts

· Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements

· Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

· Draft scopes of work for various trades

· Ensure compliance with West Virginia building codes

· Coordinate across project phases in a fast-paced environment

· Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and owners

· Oversee Project Managers (PM) workload and quality of work

*Qualifications*

· Proven experience in commercial construction project management, _minimum of 10 years_

· Strong construction estimating and field supervision background

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project)

· Knowledge of Procore

· Skilled in BlueBeam software

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

· Deep technical insight into construction methods, materials and WV Building Code requirements

· Design-Build knowledge, _required_

· Knowledge of LEAN Construction principles, _required_

· Experience with healthcare construction, _preferred_

· LEED Accredited Professional certification (LEED AP), _preferred_
