We’re hiring a proven field leader to join a fast-growing, nationally ranked builder ($9.6B project portfolio) leading ground-up commercial construction in the Dallas market. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of the jobsite — driving results, leading teams, and delivering complex builds from the ground up with a company known for stability, opportunity, and elite execution. What You’ll Do: As the site leader, you'll direct daily operations and subcontractor coordination, while owning safety, quality, and schedule performance on high-profile commercial jobs. You’ll serve as the critical link between project teams, trade partners, and leadership — with the support of a best-in-class operations team behind you.
