Commercial Construction Superintendent ($90K-$130K DOQ)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of on-site commercial construction projects. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site construction activities, including labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
Enforce quality standards and issue non-compliance notices as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Coordinate and schedule site activities, including deliveries, installations, and inspections.
Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals prior to project commencement.
Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively resolving any issues.
Communicate effectively with the project team regarding RFIs and material submittals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and daily logs.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and plan ahead.
Ensure availability and condition of all materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Open and secure the job site daily.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Indicators

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in Commercial Construction Management.
Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software, construction management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness and ability to travel to assigned job sites.
A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working in inclement weather and varying site conditions.
Experience in hospitality construction is a plus.
