Job Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent - Charlotte will be responsible for: Working directly with the Project Manager on projects Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management team Tracking Daily Reports Coordinating Subcontractors Ensuring the Project is Being Completed According to Budget and Schedule MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Construction Superintendent - Charlotte will have the following experience: 4+ Years of Combined Field Experience (Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent. Experience Working on Ground-Up and/or Renovations Projects (ideally $10-20M) Knowledge of Scheduling, Estimating, and Cost Principles. Basic Knowledge of Project Management Software (ProCore, MS Project) Working Alongside and Communicating Effectively with the Project Management Team Tracking Daily Reports Coordinating Subcontractors What's on Offer
