Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Commercial Superintendent with 5+ years of experience to manage ground-up and renovation commercial projects in the Denver metro area. The right candidate will have a strong command of jobsite operations, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations

Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews

Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and safety regulations

Conduct quality control inspections and enforce company standards

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and inspectors

Lead weekly jobsite meetings and progress reporting

Resolve field issues and keep project milestones on track

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent

Proven success managing commercial projects ($5M–$50M range preferred)

Strong knowledge of ground-up construction methods and processes

Proficient in reading plans, schedules, and specifications

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

OSHA 30 Certification preferred
