Position: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location: Pittsburgh area (travel 4-6 hour radius)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Lead and manage commercial retail construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project expectations are met. Team Coordination: Direct subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution. Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project financials and schedules, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in commercial retail construction, with a strong background in big-box projects (e.g., Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club).
