CISC Commercial Construction is seeking an experienced and dynamic Ground Up Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage on-site operations for nationwide commercial projects, including ground-up builds, remodels, renovations, interior buildouts, and TI improvements. Key Responsibilities-
Oversee and direct all phases of commercial construction projects nationwide.-
Lead ground-up builds, remodels, renovations, interior buildouts, and TI improvements.-
Develop and manage manpower, materials, and project schedules.-
Enforce building code compliance and maintain strict safety standards.-
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and internal construction teams.-
Manage site resources, tools, materials, and inventory.-
Ensure contractual performance goals are met or exceeded.-
Maintain consistent communication with project managers, vendors, and clients.-
Identify and resolve site issues proactively.-
Apply quality control standards throughout all phases of construction.-
Maintain accurate daily logs, safety records, and project documentation.-
Liaise with local authorities on permits and compliance matters.-
Build and maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships.-
Keep worksites organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Required Qualifications-
Minimum 3+ years' commercial ground-up construction experience (must be commercial, not primarily residential).-
Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA/EPA safety regulations, and quality standards.-
Proven leadership, crew management, and conflict resolution skills.-
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.-
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.-
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and construction/project management software.-
Valid driver's license; ability to travel nationwide for projects.-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overnights as needed.-
OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
