*Commercial Construction Superintendent*

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

*Responsibilities:*

* Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation * Allocate resources for assigned projects * Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors * Work closely with project manager * Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients * Negotiate with subcontractors and material vendors to obtain best pricing * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications

*Qualifications:*

* Must have Ground-Up experience * Must have Civil and structural experience * Looking for commercial Superintendent with experience with a variety of projects from 100,000 to 10,000,000.00 * Strong commitment to *excellence *and *integrity* * *Leadership *ability and experience * Highly skilled in construction means and methods * Team player – able to work closely with project managers and estimators * Positive attitude – even under challenging or difficult situations * Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written * Exercises discretion and *independent judgment *in making decisions * Capable of *planning*, and *anticipating *a variety of possible future conditions, so as to keep a project on schedule and minimize problems * Able to maintain positive working relationships with team members, field personnel, subcontractors and clients

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

* Minimum of *10 years* of experience with a general contractor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
