Position Overview
The Superintendent plays a critical role in day-to-day jobsite operations—managing all field activity, subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality assurance. This position requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to keep crews aligned and projects on track through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct on-site construction efforts for commercial projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure milestones are met
Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, secure site environment
Review plans and manage site logistics to optimize workflow
Collaborate with Project Managers and Preconstruction teams for execution alignment
Monitor schedules and provide updates to stakeholders
Ideal Qualifications
8–10+ years of construction field experience, including ground-up commercial builds
OSHA 30 certification required
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar scheduling/project management software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
