Job Overview: Baumgartner Custom Builders (BCB) is seeking two seasoned and driven Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our elite team. As a Superintendent at BCB, you'll take the lead on-site, overseeing complex, architecturally significant residential and boutique commercial builds. This role demands technical excellence, leadership finesse, and the confidence to manage high-stakes, high-finish projects from pre-construction through to punch.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities with accountability for project success.- Execute complex building plans with an emphasis on custom detailing and high-end finishes.- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule integrity and craftsmanship.- Utilize Procore to manage digital plans, daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, and documentation.- Implement lean construction tools such as pull schedules, lookahead planning, and constraint tracking.- Anticipate and resolve field issues with creative problem-solving and real-time decision-making.- Maintain strong site safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulations.- Communicate clearly and respectfully with project managers, clients, architects, and field crews.- Represent BCB with professionalism and integrity in all client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications:- 5+ years of high-end residential or boutique commercial construction as a superintendent, trades foreman or subcontractor (, a finish carpenter).- Deep technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.- Experience working on remodels/renovations ranging from 300-2,000 sq ft and new builds ranging from 2,000-3,500 sq ft.- Experience working on projects valued at $5+ million is essential.- Strong proficiency in Procore or similar construction management platforms.- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure.- Experience in managing the full project life cycle from pre-construction to final walkthrough.- High school diploma or GED required; advanced certifications preferred.- BEST license/certification required prior to start.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence and example.- Candidates should be prepared to discuss cost per square foot of previous work and provide project examples during the interview process.

Work Schedule:- Monday - Friday, Full-Time- Weekends when needed
