Job Overview Commercial Interior Solutions & Construction is seeking a skilled and proactive Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for interior build-outs, remodels, and tenant improvement projects across commercial spaces. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of trades, and a focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage commercial interior construction and renovation projects from start to finish- Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to ensure smooth daily operations- Review plans and specs; ensure build aligns with project documents- Monitor jobsite safety and enforce OSHA compliance- Schedule material deliveries and track jobsite inventory- Maintain strong communication with project managers, vendors, and clients- Address issues on-site and implement timely solutions- Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines and budget- Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and project reporting- Keep accurate daily logs and documentation- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient jobsite- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising commercial interior construction or remodel projects- Familiarity with commercial codes, permits, and OSHA regulations- Ability to read blueprints and manage subcontractor workflow- Excellent communication and leadership skills- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or degree preferred- Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
