You’ll coordinate trades, maintain jobsite safety, and ensure quality execution from groundbreaking through closeout — all while being supported by top-tier leadership and resources. What You'll Do:

Supervise daily field operations for commercial ground-up builds

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics

Monitor and enforce safety, scheduling, quality, and production

Lead site meetings, maintain project documentation, and drive accountability

Collaborate with PMs, AEs, and inspectors for seamless execution

Uphold OSHA and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor

Successful history managing field operations on large-scale commercial jobs

Familiar with subcontractor scopes, field sequencing, and site logistics

Tech-savvy: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project

OSHA 30 – safety is second nature

Natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
