Job Summary:
Abacus Staffing is seeking skilled and reliable General Construction Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial framing, drywall installation, and painting. This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, effectively use hand and power tools, and adhere to construction safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial framing, drywall installation, and painting tasks with precision and efficiency.

• Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Follow all construction safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Lift, carry, and transport construction materials as required.

• Work at heights and on ladders or scaffolding when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial framing, drywall, and painting.

• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

• Solid understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.

• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in elevated areas.
