Job Description
- Oversee field operations for interior fit-outs ranging from 2,000-50,000 SF
- Coordinate all trades to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Serve as the on-site face of the GC to clients, subs, and consultants
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and site compliance (SST 62 required)
- Drive schedules, enforce site cleanliness, and solve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant
5+ years with a commercial GC in NYC; interiors experience; SST 62; strong field coordination.
You're an experienced commercial interiors superintendent with a minimum of 5 years working for general contractors in NYC. You're confident managing fit-outs in occupied and unoccupied spaces and understand the pace and standards of corporate office work. You're organized, communicative, and know how to lead a crew while keeping client trust intact.
