Job Title: Commercial Journeyman Plumber Location: Orange Park, FL Pay: $30/hour Schedule: Full-time, 6+ month project with overtime available
: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumber for a long-term project in Orange Park, FL. Candidates should have 35 years of commercial plumbing experience and be proficient with tools such as a Turbo Torch. Medical gas installation experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings
Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Install and test medical gas piping systems per regulatory and safety standards
Work with various piping materials including copper, PVC, and cast iron
Coordinate with other trades and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and local plumbing codes
Requirements:
35 years of commercial plumbing experience
Proficiency with Turbo Torch
Experience with medical gas piping is preferred
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and plumbing codes
