Superintendents are responsible for the onsite day to day running of a project. They are the company's key representative in the field to the owner, architect, subcontractors, and suppliers. Their duties include the day to day coordination of a job site to deliver a project on time, at or under budget, and with the Guho Corp quality that has set the industry standard.A superintendent needs to possess the abilities to multitask, put their tool belt on when needed, be ready to give %, have innovative thoughts, and have good people skills.

Three years experience of superintendent experience in the commercial construction industry and a desire to continue their education is required.

Projects are in various locations, therefore, superintendents are required to have a current driver's license and some form of transportation.
