We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want steady work with growth opportunity, we want to meet you. Pay: $20-$25 Per Hour (Based on Experience) Responsibilities: Pour, level, and finish concrete for sidewalks, curbs, slabs, pads, and site work Set and strip forms Finish surfaces using hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, etc) Apply curing compounds and sealers Follow grade stakes and basic layout Maintain clean and safe job sites Work efficiently with crew members and foreman Qualifications: 2+ years concrete finishing experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+lbs Must be dependable and punctual Benefits: Health Insurance 401 (k) with 4% Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Overtime Opportunities Steady, year round work Growth Opportunities within the Company
