We have an Accounting Manager opportunity for a construction company in North San Diego! Location: In-person, Monday-Friday Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 annually Experience Required: 3+ years construction accounting

We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. You'll be the financial backbone of our construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insight. •Financial Management • Reporting • Construction Focus: Manage project budgets, job costs, contracts, and subcontractor compliance (COIs, certified payroll) DIR, Prism, LCP Tracker, e-Mars reporting (back-up person) • Compliance • Insurance & Benefits • Strategic Support

Required: • 3+ years as Office Manager, Full Charge Bookkeeper, or similar role in construction • Certified payroll experience (DIR, Prism, LCP Tracker, e-Mars) • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Bachelor's degree • Clean background check

A Plus: • Foundation software experience • Notary certification • Bilingual Spanish • Construction industry knowledge
