About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced  Accounting Specialist  to join a dynamic construction company in  West Palm Beach . This is a  direct hire  opportunity for a professional with a strong background in  Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and AIA billing . The ideal candidate will be  100% onsite  and bring  QuickBooks expertise  and  prior construction industry experience . Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle  Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable  processes Prepare and submit  AIA billing  and lien waivers in accordance with project requirements Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end close and reporting Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure timely billing and payments Utilize  QuickBooks  for daily accounting tasks and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications:

3+ years  of accounting experience, preferably in the  construction industry Proficiency in  QuickBooks  is  required Strong understanding of  AIA billing  and construction-related financial documentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $60, to $70, per year
