We are looking for a  Construction Accounts Payable Lead  to join our growing team!
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work under pressure with minimal supervision while accurately and effectively managing time and workload.
High attention to detail.
Ability and desire to improve/build current processes.
Review and process vendor invoices and draws accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform 3-way matching to ensure invoices match approved PO’s and receiving information.
Ensure expenses are charged to the correct accounts and cost centers.
Verify all required documents (W-9, insurance, lien waivers, etc.) are received before release of payment.
Monitor/review lien log prior to releasing payments Review, research and reconcile vendor statements for accuracy.
Work with vendors/sub-contractors on resolving payment issues Prepare and submit monthly draws along with all required lien waivers/documents.
Prepare and process weekly check runs.
Review and execute approved contracts, purchase orders and change orders.
Prepare monthly support documents to assist in financial reporting.
Ability to work extended hours, as needed, to meet deadlines.
Other assigned tasks as needed.

Competent with accounting software, Preferred experience with Sage 300 CRE.
Competent with Microsoft Office, Preferred Excel proficient. Effective written and oral communication skills. Construction industry experience preferred. Benefits:
