Entry-level office position with administrative functions within accounting, project coordination, sales, and any other general administrative duties required. Works closely with accounting to support general accounting and business functions, specifically project setup, contract review and insurance requests.

Essential Functions
•Complete, submit, track, and document insurance requests
•Work with Project Managers to get contracts approved and signed
•Provide Administrative Support to ensure efficient office operation and to general visitors
•Prepare Warranty and Clouse out Documents
•Maintain Contact Lists
•Sort and match packing lists and invoices for entry
•Answer phones, basic maintenance and upkeep of common areas
•Supply ordering
•Other relative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
•High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
•Current and valid US driver's license preferred
•Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
•1 Year of Construction experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Excellent organizational skills
•Strong PC and systems skills required
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
•Thorough knowledge of general accounting and financial processes
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this role, the employee will regularly communicate verbally and in writing, and must be able to see and hear in a typical office setting. The role frequently involves sitting, walking, standing, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with arms and hands.

Work Environment
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment. It routinely involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, and filing systems. Occasional business travel may be required.
