Responsibilities Of The Construction Administrator And Coordinator

Generate & send subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, W-9, insurance requests, vendor information requests, and exhibits

Track W-9 forms, vendor information forms, and all exhibits

Receive, review, distribute, and track subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders

Accurate record-keeping and adhering to internal controls and procedures

File and track all owner and subcontractor insurance certificates

Periodic internal auditing of project documents

Filing and archiving documents

Support project and accounting team members and support with basic office duties

The Successful Applicant

Quickbooks experience is a plus

Excel experience is highly preferred

Degree in Administration or Business related field preferred but not required

Ability to be in office

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience in Construction highly preferred

Experience in an office Admin setting highly preferred
