Construction Administrator

Selectek is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator on a direct hire basis. Our partnering company, located in Austell, Georgia needs candidates who can track construction progress, preparing weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $57,000 - $63,000 base salary plus project bonuses, stock options and other benefits
Location: Austell, GA
Job Requirements:
•Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection/management experience
•B.S. in construction management or architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience
•A fundamental understanding of engineering systems/approaches and construction processes, they must be detail-oriented and customer service-driven.
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client's request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Details:
•The primary duties will include weekly site visits to track construction progress, preparing weekly field reports, attending OAC meetings, and coordinating with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process.
•They will review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings, approve pay requests, process change orders, and coordinate with design staff and the contractor to resolve issues that occur in the field.
•They will conduct punch list observations, write letters of substantial completion, collect close-out documents, and assist the owner with warranty items that may occur.
