This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration of our advanced technology solutions into construction projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging our high-tech innovations with construction requirements, facilitating enhanced operational efficiencies and project outcomes. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure technological and IT requirements are integrated into construction plans. Assist in project procurement management, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of technology components. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants. Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Basecamp, or Trello). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings. Knowledge of IT infrastructure relevant to construction environments. Excellent organizational and multitasking ability. Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
