We work with top hospitality brands to deliver custom furnishings with precision, speed, and quality. Our vertically integrated operations—from sourcing to manufacturing and logistics—ensure that every project is executed seamlessly across borders. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead furniture projects from initial order through final delivery. This role will require coordination across teams in the US and Asia, and involvement at every step of the procurement, production, and logistics process. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the office administrator to order material samples for client presentations. Generate purchase orders and procure raw materials from vendors based on production needs. Use Articon’s proprietary portal to fulfill orders by entering specifications, quantities, and take-offs. Collaborate closely with sales, design, and manufacturing teams to move projects from concept to completion. Oversee production timelines, monitor quality control documentation, and ensure all workflows meet order specifications. Oversee construction project timelines. Work with Articon project supervisor to make sure project is moving forward with approvals. Gather and manage all necessary shipping documents, including packing lists and customs forms. Coordinate shipping and logistics with client for finished goods to ensure timely delivery. Provide regular project updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during procurement, production, or delivery phases.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in furniture manufacturing, FFE, and construction. Comfortable working outside typical US business hours to coordinate with overseas teams. Can be 2 to 3 hours per week during busy periods. Comfortable with travel to client sites around the US. Proven skills in multi-project management, client dealings, and procurement processes. Strong ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Bonus Qualifications:
Familiarity with international logistics, customs, and import/export procedures. Hospitality Industry experience
