The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $225,000 - $325,000.
Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of my client's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

My client is actively recruiting a mid-level associate to join its Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice in our offices located in Chicago, Indianapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Princeton. The associate will be involved in complex construction and real estate litigation throughout the country. Our ideal candidate would have three to seven years of relevant litigation experience. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, very strong academic credentials, ability to manage multiple assignments, strong communication skills, and other talents necessary to be an effective litigator.
