Weatherization Specialist

Major Duties:

• Dive into activities as outlined in job specification sheets.
• From hanging doors to installing windows, adding insulation, grab bars, and more, your work will directly contribute to enhancing homes.
• Keep it organized! Stage materials for jobs in our warehouse.
• Safety first! Follow procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Be a team player! Attend staff meetings and in-service training sessions.
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Desire to learn about weatherization, air quality, aging-in-place safety, installation of measures, and work with your hands
• Passion for making a positive impact and helping others.
• Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 40lbs, stand/walk for long periods and bending and crouching in small areas.
• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Work Location: In person, working on homes in Rapid City and surrounding communities.

• Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted, and drug free policy is in place per federal guidelines

• Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
