Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager
Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals
Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and status reports for stakeholders
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Help manage project risks, issues, and changes
Support procurement, resource planning, and contract administration as needed
Profile 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
