The Construction Assistant Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the Property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to lead teams effectively to achieve project goals. Description Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control at all project stages. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules. Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Profile A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager must have: 3+ years of construction management experience 4 year college degree (B.A or B.S degree) Proven experience in managing construction projects within the Property industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation effectively. Problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
