A top-tier Texas-based law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join its Dallas office. This firm is highly regarded for its depth in construction law and offers a supportive, team-focused environment. Role Highlights:
As a Construction Attorney , you will:
- Handle a wide range of matters including construction defects, contract disputes, mechanic's liens, and related litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and manage key deadlines with precision.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, trials, and mediation/arbitration proceedings.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on compliance and construction-related legal issues.
- Work closely with a collaborative litigation team that values hands-on involvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed in Texas.
- 2-10 years of construction litigation experience.
- Board certification is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.
- Open to candidates with or without a portable book of business.
