Construction Business Development / Marketing position at a large construction company

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor working on many major HVAC and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position offering great benefits, a retirement package, and ample opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities : Ensure client satisfaction during the early phases of upcoming projects. Build, organize, and maintain CRM and business development databases. Provide meeting and logistics support for internal and industry events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with building owners and general contractors. Manage and review all client presentations and project requirements with the team using marketing processes. Requirements : Local candidates preferred. Stable work history. Strong analytical and research skills. At least 3 years of experience in Business Development / Marketing within the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and design software is a plus.
