We are currently seeking a Client Service Manager to support and grow relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and follow-through skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to construction-related clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients in the construction industry
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and problem resolution
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
Maintain regular contact and follow-up to ensure long-term client relationships
Generate reports on client engagement and retention metrics
Attend local events or jobsite meetings when needed to strengthen relationships
Requirements: Experience in the construction industry or with construction clients
2+ years in a customer-facing or account management role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple client accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Must be located in or willing to commute to Phoenix, AZ
