This role is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing a team of maintenance personnel, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality are maintained across all our projects and client properties.TILCO Vanguard installs products and provides services to clients locally in the Puget Sound area as well as North America and Canada through wholly owned subsidiary; Vanguard ADA Systems. Some travel is required.Products and services can be reviewed at www.TILCO.net and www.VanguardOnline.comResponsibilities:* *Develop and implement comprehensive parking lot maintenance plans:* This includes preventative maintenance schedules, repair strategies, and budget management.* *Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel:* This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.* *Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards:* This includes local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.* *Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor project costs:* This includes preparing budget requests and tracking performance against budget.* *Supervise and oversee all maintenance activities:* This includes cleaning, repair, painting, striping, and other maintenance-related tasks.* *Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders:* This includes providing timely updates, sales, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.* *Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains** *Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices*Requirements:* *Proven experience in parking lot maintenance and managing teams:* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.* *Strong leadership and management skills** *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.* *Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and project planning:* Ability to develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor project costs.* *Knowledge of parking lot maintenance best practices:* Familiarity with cleaning, repair, painting, striping, asphalt and other maintenance-related activities.* *Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards:* Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.* *Ability to work independently and as part of a team:* Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.* *Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines:* Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Cell phone reimbursement* Company truck* Dental insurance* Fuel card* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* construction management: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* Washington driver's license (Preferred)Work Location: In person
