Onsite ~ Port St Lucie, FL

Are you a hands-on Controller with experience in construction accounting and Foundation software ? Our client is hiring for a key leadership role for their Stuart, FL office. This role is full-time and 5 days onsite .

What Youll Do:

Oversee financial statements, P&L, audits, AIA pay apps & lien releases.

Manage sync between Procore and Foundation accounting systems.

Collaborate with project teams across 10+ high-end custom home builds and renovations.

Be the financial backbone of a $30M/year, 25-person luxury construction firm.

Requirements:

Proven Controller-level experience in construction.

Proficiency in Foundation software (non-negotiable).

Working knowledge of AIA , Procore , and lien processes.

Residential construction experience .

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Must live within 30 minutes of the office.
