Job Description

Controller Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of seven accounting and administrative employees
• Owning the project accounting for upwards of 30 projects ranging from $900k-$55M
• Partnering with third party accounting services on corporate accounting functions
• Month-end close, journal entries and bank reconciliations as needed
• AIA Billing, G702/703 Forms, Lien Waivers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Controller should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in construction accounting
• General contractor experience
• Management Experience
• CPA a plus
