Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to support the customer transmission and/or distribution resources, transmission stakeholders on executing duplicate notification review on work within Northern California. Office will be co-located at Investor-owned Utility Facility and remote field/yard work may be required supporting outside line crews. Provides variety of support, administrative, and operations tasks. Deals with a diverse group of employees, external callers, and Utility customer interactions. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
Example of Duties:
Reviewing EC Notification data within multiple Excel files Researching EC Notification data within PG&E's systems, including SAP, GIS Update Excel files and PG&E databases based off findings Frequent/daily meetings with PG&E regarding data findings On the job training with lower-level coordinators Communicate with multiple programs to resolve daily tag issues Utilization of the PG&E portal to access circuit maps, work order maps, FIM maps, CSS, TLM Data entry and database maintenance Proficient with Pro Energy and PG&E policies and procedures Performs other duties as assigned Create job aids as required Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Competent in managing workflow, planning, scheduling, deadlines, and reporting work execution with minimal errors Ability to understand, interpret, explain, and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP knowledge of expense and capital work differences Willing to learn quickly The ability to own task and take charge when needed Leadership skills Experience/Education A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the electrical transmission and distribution industry High school diploma or equivalent required Past PG&E experience preferred Licenses/Certifications: Possession of a valid California driver's license, Class C, with the ability to maintain insurability under the company's insurance carrier.
