As a Construction Coordinator, you would be asked to assist teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the team
  • Coordinate and schedule crew and subcontractors on construction projects
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed

Position requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Valid Drivers License

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to lift 35 lbs, open filing cabinets, transport materials, bending, standing, or sitting as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
