A client is looking for a construction professional for a long-term contract at a new construction location in Harrodsburg, KY. This employee will assist in managing the construction crew to ensure compliance is maintained onsite. Daily responsibilities include joining morning meetings to discuss project status and scope of work, briefing the crew on the work, identifying the correct drawing to match tasks, monitoring the crew, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and documenting observations in a proprietary Sharepoint system called Vipper. This employee will work mostly days shift but may work occasional nights. The client is looking for a good team member and someone who is passionate about their work.

• Electrical background
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Understanding of construction methodology
• Strong project/communication coordination skills
• Foreman or Superintendent experience
• CWI Certified Welding Inspector
• QAQC Quality assurance, quality control experience
• Spanish speaking skills
