Responsibilities:
- Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction phase for all current projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Bill Processing: Complete all bill-backs with factories and related paperwork, and process contractor bills.
- Project Files Management: Manage project files efficiently and ensure they are up to date.
- Permit Coordination: Assist in obtaining necessary permits for construction work.
- Scheduling & Service Coordination: Schedule all contracted work, set-up, delivery, and service-related activities with contractors and vendors.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with contractors and vendors for service calls and updates.
- Reporting and Audits: Assist with reporting and audits as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with the manager, team and Leadership to address questions, issues, and exceptions.
- Teamwork: Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with miscellaneous duties as needed.
- Asset Protection: Safeguard company assets and interests.
Compensation:
As a Construction Coordinator with Clayton Homes, you will receive an hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $26.00 depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and customer relations skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn company-specific software.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- A two-year degree is preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
