Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide ongoing customer support and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle
    • Communicate proactively with customers, clients, and internal teams to align on scope, estimates, and project updates
  • Project Coordination & Documentation
    • Coordinate scheduling of work to be done, inspections, and site visits to support project progress
    • Enter and maintain accurate job data in the operating system, ensuring project records are complete and current
    • Support the Project Manager with project documentation and reporting, including scope confirmation, estimate distribution, Work-In-Progress reports, and PO validation
    • Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and local regulations, and support project close-out with final documentation reviews
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Management
    • Coordinate subcontractor availability and maintain up-to-date records, licensing, and insurance
    • Assist with identifying, onboarding, and managing subcontractors

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED - Associate or Bachelor of Business Administration is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
  • A minimum of three years of administrative, project coordination, or construction coordination experience required
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software

Pay starts at $20 - $23 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay
