Assemble a proposal with all required documentation Business development background to include proposal development RSMeans or other cost estimating software experience Microsoft Project experience Other duties as assigned Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications • Education Requirements: Certified Construction Manager or Bachelor’s degree (B.
