Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual estimates using preliminary design documents and information. Support Project Managers in reviewing contractor change proposals, material substitutions, and value engineering solutions. Maintain a cost database, leveraging historical project costs for future planning and vendor identification. Prepare bid packages, scope contractor bids, and ensure alignment with project specifics. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and Local Jurisdictions to integrate project objectives, schedules, and costs.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field or an associate degree with relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience and 3 years in a supervisory capacity within construction. Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems. Experience with RS Means and knowledge of Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Project is a plus. Strong capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment).
