About the Role
Construction Crew Member

As a Construction Crew Member at Valor Contracting, you will play a hands-on role in various construction tasks, including unloading, assembling, and installing materials, maintaining a clean and organized job site, operating tools, and assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews.

Position Logistics

Work Environment: On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7 am - 5 pm
Work Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

Position Responsibilities:

Unloading materials
Assembling and installing materials
Keeping the job-site clean and organized
Operating hand and power tools
Assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews
Additional duties as assigned

We're Seeking Individuals Who:

Have reliable transportation to and from the job-site
Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions
Are able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
Are able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures
Have forklift experience (preferred, not required)
Are responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable
